This service provides installation of each additional wired chassis-based unit at a single customer campus location during normal business hours (M-F 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time). This service must be executed the same / next consecutive day as that of the “first unit” installation. If this service is not executed at the time of the “first unit”, “first unit” pricing must be utilized (Part Number 800003-00). Each instance of this service includes a maximum of four (4) consecutive hours of installation time. Additional post-installation monitoring time is not included with this service. Travel and expenses are included with this service for the countries/areas defined in the Alcatel Professional Services “Countries-Areas with Travel Cost Included with Services” document that is located in the Professional Services section of the Alcatel e-Service web site (https://eservice.ind.alcatel.com).
